Real Queens fix each other’s crowns.

Some say depression, low self esteem and complete lack of motivation will drive your loved ones away. Yes, at times I feel this is true. I’ve found myself question my relationships but my true friends always prove that theory wrong.

It’s safe to say I am spoilt when it comes to my best friends. They drag me off my arse when I’m at my lowest and they entertain my crazy when I’m at my highest. They are always there for me, no matter how busy they are.

As you get older friends become harder to find and difficult to keep, but on the odd occasion you meet someone who you would never expect to stick around, let alone become pretty much a part of your family.

She never lets me down, is always game for a new adventure and this week came to my rescue once again. I just want to say thank you for always being there for me and having my back. You’ve really helped ‘pick’ me up this week and I can’t wait to let my hair down with you this weekend! โค

It’s important to let the people you love know that you care. It can be really difficult sometimes, especially when you feel down, but I know without my friends I wouldn’t be able to conquer all. It’s always good to feel loved.

Nick's Head Space

My journalised experiences of suffering/thriving with Anxiety and Depression and general Head Fuckery, put on here for my own therapy and to hopefully help be a voice for someone who hasn't found theirs yet.
