Top 3 things I miss from childhood

1) My Nanny and Grandad

I would love to know what they think of who I have become. If they are surprised by anything I’ve done, what they expected me to do with my life. I wish they were here to give me some advice or even just a cuddle.

2) Summer Holiday

Yes, the six week break from school which leads to very bored  children and strops over what time you have to be home. Your parents really aren’t lying when they tell you school is a great time, (Even if it is just because of the holidays!).

3) Atomic FireBlast & Atomic SourBalls

Yes, you can still get these in a few places, (the fireballs at least). They were my all time favourite so if you know where I can get these please let me know! I remember meeting my friends on Villa road and walking round to the local shop to grab some of these before any outing!

Of course, there are so many things we all miss about being a child. Ignorance is bliss afterall! Believe it or not I miss the feeling of lying in bed, too hot to sleep, the sunshine still beaming in through the window and thinking about all of the adventures I could have. I miss having a bedtime, mum cooking me dinner and doing the washing. I even miss sharing a room with Georgia! What do you miss the most?

I don’t miss your floordrobe, or your washing, or your stroppy moods, but I would wish them all back if nan and grandad could be here to share them with you.
I know what they would say Pj. They would say how proud of the woman you have become today. ❤
And tidy up room. Love you sweetheart
